Yesterday I mentioned I’m too introverted to make use of social networking sites. Well, here is the perfect antisocial networking site, just for people like me: Bugroff. Warning: Rude language.
Hilarious.
Mass Effect Retrospective
A novel-sized analysis of the Mass Effect series that explains where it all went wrong. Spoiler: It was long before the ending.
Skylines of the Future
Cities: Skylines is bound to have a sequel sooner or later. Where can this series go next, and what changes would I like to see?
The Gameplay is the Story
Some advice to game developers on how to stop ruining good stories with bad cutscenes.
What Does a Robot Want?
No, self-aware robots aren't going to turn on us, Skynet-style. Not unless we designed them to.
Please Help I Can’t Stop Playing Cities: Skylines
What makes this borderline indie title so much better than the AAA juggernauts that came before?

Dammit, I so want to see that as a real site!

Bugroff is an antisocial networking site. Kind of like real life, being holed up in you parents’ basement, playing World of Warcraft for 18 hours a day.
… This is the first social networking site I actually want to join. Who knew? Reverse psychology really does work.
I’ve never really seen any value in social networking sites, after all they only appear to be for people with no friends to claim “I have 200 mates” or some such.
1 question, who thinks the term “Myspace Code” should have a capital offense tagged onto it? It’s plain HTML and CSS(often in the body which is terrible), nothing to do with myspace.
Burgoff?
Scragar, Livejournal works quite well for me to keep track of my friends, many of whom are in the chicago area (which is a fairly huge metro area) and the rest of whom are scattered across the country.
Same here. The only thing I use to keep contact with my friends is msn messenger and even then I don’t chat all that much with them.
On the other hand the fact that Burgoff even exists and that we are talking (commenting ? writing ?) about it proves the following quote of Terry Pratchett’s Maskerade :
I rest my case. Now I’m off to go show off that I don’t need people by being an obnoxious wallflower at some frat party :).
Isn’t it Bugroff and not Burgoff Shamus?
Fixed.
@ Dragonbane:
I stand corrected in your case then, although you must admit that around 90% of their users join for the very reason I listed(or atleast it looks like it).
