What is Vulkan?
What is this Vulkan stuff? A graphics engine? A game engine? A new flavor of breakfast cereal? And how is it supposed to make PC games better?
Grand Theft Railroad
Grand Theft Auto is a lousy, cheating jerk of a game.
This Scene Breaks a Character
Small changes to the animations can have a huge impact on how the audience interprets a scene.
PC Gaming Golden Age
It's not a legend. It was real. There was a time before DLC. Before DRM. Before crappy ports. It was glorious.
PC Hardware is Toast
This is why shopping for graphics cards is so stupid and miserable.

Atom Smashing? Booooo.
I hope you do know that the ball-and-stick model is hopelessly outdated and wrong. Still, pretty awesome.
He should try to build a model of a heroine molecule.
Now, that’s a challenge!
Is it just me, or does it look like they just used another carbon ornament instead of oxygen?
Should I be worried that there is a lighter right next to a huge alcohol molecule? Although that would make for an exceptionally fun Christmas light show…
@4
No, the two carbon atoms are smooth. The Oxygen atom looks bumpy.
Tsk. It’s in an eclipsed conformation!
Axle @ 3: Heroine is a compound? Where can I get my wife some, so she’ll finally understand RPGs?
;-)
Seriously, I want a whole bunch of these so I can finally get some revenge…
My favorite thing about the ethanol molecule is that some modeling kits make it dog-shaped. By which I mean, four legs, a tail, a head with a long nose and two ears. It’s uncanny, and awesome.
Ah, ethanol; one of my favorite organic foods. Especially when it’s made from GM grains.
And I agree that the model needs a better oxygen atom.
@ 2 Samopsa: You better go on an editing spree at wikipedia then, because it’s full of these “outdated and wrong” models.
You may like the following video (and all its related ones) Periodic Table of Videos – Chemistry Christmas Tree wherein you also learn there is a compound called “Arsole” :)
I’ll see that and raise you a Caffeine Molecule tattoo.
